My husband was reading a bedtime story to our daughter and out of curiousity I sat down to listen. They were reading Ripley's Believe It or Not as per my daughter's request and this one story caught my attention.
Katie and Darren's Extreme Wedding
For Katie Hodgson,23 and Darren McWalter,24, getting married was an uplifting experience, quite literally. Along with the officiating minister, they rode on the wings of biplanes up to 1,000 ft above Gloucester, England, and shouted their vows through megaphones while the ceremony was broadcast to wedding guests on the ground.
